CRIMINAL INFORMATION
Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state
and therein charge the defendant as follows:
COUNT ONE - R.C.C. § 3.09 - FIRST-DEGREE MURDER
TYPE - FELONY
On or about the 14th day of March, 2026, at the intersection of Lakeside and Alderpoint,
adjacent to Palmer Power Station in Ridgeway County, the Defendant intentionally drives up to a
clearly marked tow truck operated by a uniformed civil department employee, knowing that he is
a civil department employee. The Defendant then got out of his vehicle and opened fire on the
operator, killing him.
COUNT TWO - R.C.C. § 3.09 - FIRST-DEGREE MURDER
TYPE - FELONY
On or about the 14th day of March, 2026, at the Department of Transportation Headquarters
situated in Ridgeway County, the Defendant intentionally drives up to the Garage of the
Headquarters, gets out of his vehicle, and fires upon the civil department employee, with the
knowledge that he is a civil department employee.
COUNT THREE - R.C.C. § 7.22 - VEHICULAR ASSAULT
TYPE - FELONY
On or about the 14th day of March, 2026, at the intersection of Lakeside and Alderpoint,
adjacent to the Palmer Power Station in Ridgeway County, Ridgeway, the Defendant, with his
vehicle, intentionally strikes the Tow Truck operated by the victim, in furtherance of committing
a criminal offense.
COUNT FOUR - R.C.C. § 5.01 - UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A FIREARM
TYPE - MISDEMEANOR
On or about the 14th day of March, 2026, in both accounts of First Degree Murder as outlined in
counts one and two, the Defendant is in possession of and actively uses a firearm that is sourced
from an illegal dealer, a Rochester 90.
