CRIMINAL INFORMATION/INDICTMENT
COMES NOW, I Detachment_Result, on behalf of the State of Ridgeway hereby allege
and charge the Defendant killermonkie with the following offences:
COUNT ONE: Unlawful Possession of Firearms with Intent to Sell - RCC § 5.02
OFFENCE TYPE: FELONY
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 17 of April, 2026, within the State of Ridgeway, as a
result of a search warrant, the Defendant was found to be in the control and custody of at least
thirty-six 5.56 ammunition without a valid Ridgeway Firearms License, to wit: the Defendant did
have at least thirty-six 5.56 ammunition inside a Blue Gridlock - QGD691 without an RFLID.
COUNT TWO: Unlawful Possession of an Explosive Device - R.C.C. § 5.10
OFFENCE TYPE: FELONY
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 17th of April, 2026, within the State of Ridgeway, as a
result of a search warrant, the Defendant was found to be in the control and custody of three
explosive charges, to wit: the Defendant did possess three explosive devices inside a Black
Rodeo - ZHC857.
COUNT THREE: Unlawful Possession of a Firearm - RCC § 5.01
OFFENCE TYPE: MISDEMEANOR
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 17th of April, 2026, within the State of Ridgeway, as a
result of a search warrant, the Defendant was found to be in the control and custody of Cline 911
handgun without a valid Ridgeway Firearms License, to wit: the Defendant did possess a Cline
911 handgun inside a Yellow Lancelot Taxi - UTB371, without an RFLID.
COUNT FOUR: Possession of Tools used for Theft - RCC § 4.02
OFFENCE TYPE: CIVIL INFRACTION
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 17th of April, 2026, within the State of Ridgeway, as a
result of a search warrant, the Defendant was found to be in the control and custody of a lockpick,
to wit: the Defendant did possess a lockpick inside a Blue Gridlock - CZO040.
