DEMANDS FOR DAMAGES
COMES NOW, Plaintiff, pidoburrito2, through undersigned counsel, submits the
following demands for damages as part of their default judgement package.
a. A declaration that Defendant is liable for Assault, Battery, and Wrongful
Death;
b. An award of $3,500 in punitive damages for Assault;
c. An award of $4,500 in punitive damages for Battery;
d. An award of $5,000 in punitive damages for Wrongful Death; and,
e. Any further relief that the Court deems just and proper.

AFFIDAVIT IN SUPPORT OF ENTRY OF
DEFAULT
I, Detachment_Result, do hereby swear under the pains and penalties of perjury
that the statement contained within this affidavit is, to the best of my knowledge, the
truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.
1. On April 10, 2026, Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against Defendant for Assault, Battery,
and Wrongful Death torts;
2. On April 10, 2026, Defendant was served summons by the Ridgeway County
Sheriffs Office.
3. By that summons, Defendant was ordered by this Court to answer or otherwise
plead to the complaint, no later than 5 days after receiving.
4. Defendant, as this affidavit is being written, has not answered or otherwise
pleaded to the complaint.
5. On April 15, 2026, Plaintiff moved this Court to enter a default judgement.
