AMENDED CRIMINAL INDICTMENT
Comes now the State of Ridgeway, by and through its lawful authority, and hereby
charges the Defendant, VOXPAA, with the following offenses:
COUNT ONE – 5 § 5.06 R.C.C. – UNLAWFUL DISTRIBUTION OF A FIREARM
OFFENSE TYPE – FELONY
On or about March 20, 2026, within Ridgeway County, the Defendant did knowingly and
unlawfully distribute firearms and ammunition to individuals who did not possess valid firearms
licenses, while acting outside the scope of lawful authority.
The State alleges that the Defendant transferred firearms, including a Para 17 handgun and a
Centennial 700 rifle, along with various ammunition, to individuals identified as Cyberphiliac
and jjpet2345, neither of whom were licensed to possess such weapons.
Video evidence and the Defendant’s own recorded statements demonstrate that these unlawful
transfers occurred on multiple occasions.
Such conduct occurred on three (3) separate occasions in violation of 5 § 5.06 R.C.C.

COUNT TWO – 5 § 5.09 R.C.C. – UNLAWFUL DISTRIBUTION OF
GOVERNMENT-ISSUED EQUIPMENT
OFFENSE TYPE – FELONY
Between March 20, 2026, and March 22, 2026, within Ridgeway County, the Defendant, while
acting as a member of the Palmer Police Department, did knowingly and unlawfully distribute
government-issued equipment to unauthorized individuals.
The State alleges that the Defendant transferred police-issued equipment, including but not
limited to handcuffs, tasers (TB26), radios, batons, firearms, and ammunition, to civilians
including DeadOrganicMaterial, Cyberphiliac, and jjpet2345.
Evidence will show that:
● The Defendant transferred a full police loadout to DeadOrganicMaterial at the Alder
Mountain Rd overpass, who was later arrested in possession of said equipment;
● The Defendant conducted multiple additional transfers of weapons and equipment to
Cyberphiliac and jjpet2345 at various locations throughout Ridgeway County;
● The Defendant utilized internal systems to facilitate these transfers, demonstrating
intentional and knowing conduct;
● The Defendant admitted during a recorded interrogation to engaging in multiple unlawful
distributions of both firearms and government-issued equipment.
The Defendant’s conduct reflects numerous unlawful transfers, constituting a continuing course
of criminal conduct in violation of 5 § 5.09 R.C.C.
