MOTION FOR ENLARGEMENT OF TIME
Defendant CephalGPT (“Defendant”), in his individual capacity, by and through
the undersigned counsel, pursuant to Rid. R. Civ. P. 6(b), respectfully moves the court to
enlarge the time to file a responsive pleading to the operative complaint up to and
including April 16, 2026, and states as follows in support:
1. Defendant was served on April 8, 2026. Accordingly, a responsive pleading
is due on April 13, 2026.
2. The undersigned was retained earlier this weekend and has been
preoccupied with other matters, and thus has not yet had sufficient time to review the
record, prepare responses to pending pleadings, and confer with agency counsel to
prepare a response.
3. This is the first request by the defendant for an enlargement of time.
4. A proposed order is attached.
