PROBABLE CAUSE STATEMENT

Supporting the Case of State of Ridgeway v. stoiny
I, SemperBeyond,, being duly sworn, state as follows:
INTRODUCTION AND OFFICER BACKGROUND
[1] I am a Lieutenant in the Milton City Police Department (hereinafter “MCPD”) and the Case Commander of
the Major Case Unit (hereinafter “MCU”). As a law enforcement officer, I am empowered to conduct investigations.
[2] I became LETC Certified on December 20th, 2020 as part of the first class.
[3] I have been with MCU since June 6th, 2025. Prior to my employment in MCPD I was employed at the
Ridgeway State Police where I was a part of the Firearms Licensing Unit, Air Support Unit and also previously State
Investigations Office.
PROBABLE CAUSE
[4] On March 20th, 2026, at 8:24 PM EST, the Major Case Unit received a tipline submission from a
complainant alleging that the defendant stoiny had murdered them.
[5] Exhibit A shows that the defendant starts shooting with their Komrad rifle at aspenfun and djnisnn at 00:44,
which ends up with djnisnn dead and aspenfun severely damaged.

a Komrad rifle. The defendant kills one RDOT employee and severely damages the
complainant.
CONCLUSION
[7] Based on the foregoing, your affiant submits there is probable cause to believe that stoiny violated § 3.08,
which makes it a crime to attempt to kill another individual; and § 3.09 which makes it a crime to commit murder of
a civil department employee discharging a lawful or official duty.
