COMES NOW, I Detachment_Result, on behalf of the State of Ridgeway hereby allege
and charge the Defendant zygnuI with the following offences:
COUNT ONE: Obstruction of Transit Authority Personnel - RCC § 6.05(d)
OFFENCE TYPE: MISDEMEANOR
ALLEDGED CONDUCT: On or about the 20th of March, 2026, within the City of Palmer,
Ridgeway County, the Defendant did unlawfully interfere with the operator of an RDOT tow
truck while in the performance of their official duties. To wit, the Defendant did recklessly and
intentionally drive their vehicle into the back of a tow truck before stepping out and shooting at
the operator, Vulmony.
COUNT TWO: First-Degree Murder - RCC § 3.09
OFFENCE TYPE: FELONY
ALLEDGED CONDUCT: On or about the 20th of March, 2026, within the City of Palmer, the
Defendant did feloniously, willfully, and of deliberately premeditated malice aforethought, kill
and murder Vulmony, a civil servant while they were engaged in the performance of their official
duties.
