Supporting the Case of State of Ridgeway v. Blockcaaak
I, SemperBeyond, being duly sworn, state as follows:
INTRODUCTION AND OFFICER BACKGROUND
[1] I am a Lieutenant in the Milton City Police Department (hereinafter “MCPD”) and the Case Commander of
the Major Case Unit (hereinafter “MCU”). As a law enforcement officer, I am empowered to conduct investigations.
[2] I became LETC Certified on December 20th, 2020 as part of the first class.
[3] I have been with MCU since June 6th, 2025. Prior to my employment in MCPD I was employed at the
Ridgeway State Police where I was a part of the Firearms Licensing Unit, Air Support Unit and also previously State
Investigations Office.
PROBABLE CAUSE
[4] On March 21th, 2026, at 8:43 PM EST, the Major Case Unit received a tipline submission from a
complainant alleging that the defendant had murdered them while they were towing a vehicle.
[5] Exhibit A shows that the defendant murders the complainant at 00:01 with the use of a Komrad
full-automatic rifle while the complainant was in the process of towing a vehicle.

CONCLUSION
[7] Based on the foregoing, your affiant submits there is probable cause to believe that Blockcaaak violated §
3.09, which makes it a crime to commit murder of a peace officer or civil department employee discharging a
lawful or official duty; or of committing murder with malice aforethought; and § 5.01, which makes it a crime to
unlawfully possess firearms sourced from an illegal dealer.
