CRIMINAL INFORMATION/INDICTMENT
COMES NOW, I Detachment_Result, on behalf of the State of Ridgeway hereby allege
and charge the Defendant Blockcaaak with the following offences:
COUNT ONE: First-Degree Murder - RCC § 3.09
OFFENCE TYPE: FELONY
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 21st of March, 2026, in the City of Palmer, the
Defendant did, while in the commission of obstructing a transit employee, wilfully and
intentionally kill and murder aspenfun with malice aforethought. To wit, the Defendant
approached a transit authority while engaged in their official duties and pointed a rifle towards
them, discharging the firearm repeatedly and killing aspenfun.
COUNT TWO: Unlawful Possession of a Firearm - RCC § 5.01
OFFENCE TYPE: MISDEMEANOR
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 21st of March, in the City of Palmer, the Defendant
was unlawfully in possession of an illegally sourced firearm, to wit, the Defendant did possess
and use a Komrad rifle that was sourced from an illegal dealer.
COUNT THREE: Obstruction of Transit Authority Personnel - RCC § 6.05(d)
OFFENCE TYPE: MISDEMEANOR
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 21st of March, in the City of Palmer, the Defendant
did unlawfully interfere with the towing of a vehicle, to wit, the Defendant did attack aspenfun, a
uniformed RDOT employee who was clearly engaged in the performance of his official duties,
thereby interfering with a Transit Operator’s duties.
