COMES NOW, I Detachment_Result, on behalf of the State of Ridgeway hereby allege
and charge the Defendant stoiny with the following offences:
COUNT ONE: Attempted Murder - RCC § 3.08
OFFENCE TYPE: FELONY
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 20th of March, 2026, at the RDOT Headquarters in the
City of Palmer, the Defendant did feloniously and wilfully attempt to kill and murder aspenfun to
wit, the Defendant did enter the garage to wait for the victim to enter before repeatedly shooting a
Komrad rifle at them, causing significant bodily injuries.
COUNT TWO: Second-Degree Murder - RCC § 3.10
OFFENCE TYPE: FELONY
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 20 of March, 2026, at the RDOT Headquarters in the
City of Palmer, the Defendant did feloniously and with intention, cause the death of djnisnn with
a Komrad rifle.
COUNT THREE: Unlawful Possession of a Firearm - RCC § 5.01
OFFENCE TYPE: MISDEMEANOR
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 20 of March, 2026, at the RDOT Headquarters in the
City of Palmer, the Defendant was unlawfully in possession of a firearm, to wit, a Komrad rifle,
without a valid Ridgeway Firearms License ID.
COUNT FOUR: Unlawful Discharge of a Firearm - RCC § 5.06
OFFENCE TYPE: MISDEMEANOR
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 20 of March, 2026, at the RDOT Headquarters in the
City of Palmer, the Defendant did unlawfully and maliciously discharge a Komrad rifle
repeatedly within the limits of Palmer City without any legal justification to do so.
