NOTES
I suggest citing this individual instead of putting an arrest warrant out for this individual as the obstruction was very
minor to a point I don’t believe arresting would be exactly fitting for this incident.

PROBABLE CAUSE STATEMENT
Date Written 03/23/2026
Supporting the Case of State of Ridgeway v. ZachCasisbeast
I, sincere1224, being duly sworn, state as follows:
INTRODUCTION AND OFFICER BACKGROUND
[1] I am a Police Officer in the Palmer Police Department and the Detective Second Grade of the Special
Investigations Unit (hereinafter “SIU”). As a law enforcement officer, I am empowered to conduct investigations.
[2] I was reinstated into the Department on 3/23/2026 but before the large inactivity period, I was currently
and had been working within the same unit of this Department for around 2 years. I have worked on multiple cases
during my time and have submitted multiple Criminal Information Documents to the DOJ as well over my time of
being employed.
PROBABLE CAUSE
[3] On the date of 3/16/2026, a criminal tip was submitted by the complainant aspenfun, alleging that the
defendant, ZachCasisbeast, obstructed his job as a Transit Operator from towing a Armored Truck which was
parked in the median in front of the Palmer Courthouse which happened to belong to the defendant,
ZachCasisbeast. Within Exhibit A you can see the defendant ZachCasisbeast constantly standing in front of the
tow truck as well as constantly walking into it, causing the vehicle to collide with him, bringing the tow truck to a
stop multiple times. This can be seen around halfway throughout the rest of Exhibit A. As stated in the notes and
as what can be seen in the footage, the interference doesn’t seem to be the worst of the worst, although the
defendant did seem to still interfere with the towing of the vehicle.
APPENDIX OF EVIDENCE
[4] The affiant submits the following pieces of documentary evidence:
EXHIBIT ID SUMMARY
Exhibit A This footage recorded the whole process of the incident.
CONCLUSION
[5] Based on the foregoing, your affiant submits there is probable cause to believe that ZachCasisbeast
violated R.C.C § 6.05d Obstruction of Transit Authority Personnel, the act of interfering with the operations of bus
drivers or any transit operator clearly performing division-specific duties.
