COMES NOW, I Detachment_Result, on behalf of the State of Ridgeway hereby allege
and charge the Defendant ZachCasisbeast with the following offences:
COUNT ONE: Obstruction of Transit Authority Personnel - RCC § 6.05(d)
OFFENCE TYPE: MISDEMEANOR
ALLEDGED CONDUCT: On or about the 16th of March, 2026, at the Courthouse in the City
of Palmer, the Defendant did unlawfully interfere with the duties of aspenfun, to wit, the
Defendant intentionally and unlawfully interfered in an attempt to stop aspenfun from towing a
vehicle, an official duty as a member of the Ridgeway Department of Transportation.
