COMES NOW, I Detachment_Result, on behalf of the State of Ridgeway hereby allege
and charge the Defendant zygnuI with the following offences:
COUNT ONE: Attempted Murder - RCC § 3.08
OFFENCE TYPE: FELONY
ALLEDGED CONDUCT: On or about the 9th of March, 2026, at the RBX Pharmacy in the
City of Palmer, the Defendant did feloniously and wilfully attempt to kill and murder aspenfun to
wit, the Defendant did point a loaded Salvo handgun directly at the victim and fire repeatedly in a
heat of passion.
COUNT TWO: Brandishing - RCC § 5.04
OFFENCE TYPE: MISDEMEANOR
ALLEDGED CONDUCT: On or about the 9th of March, 2026, at the RBX Pharmacy in the
City of Palmer, the Defendant did unlawfully use a loaded Salvo firearm in a sudden quarrel.
