VI. DEFENDANT'S ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

(b) I understand the nature of each charge to which I am pleading guilty or nolo contendere;
(c) I understand that by entering this plea I waive my right to trial on the charges listed in Section III of
this agreement;
(d) I understand the agreed sentence set forth in Section IV and accept its terms;
(e) I have consulted with counsel of record and am satisfied with the representation I have received;
and
(f) I understand that this agreement is binding upon acceptance by the Court and that violation of its
terms may result in revocation and reinstatement of dismissed charges.
