PETITION FOR EXPUNGEMENT OF RECORD
NOW COMES the Petitioner, Sandiegolapd, and respectfully moves this Court for an Order of
Expungement pursuant to ATM Fraud, and in support thereof states as follows:
1. Petitioner was charged without a appearance in court.
2. The charge(s) were: ATM Fraud.
3. The final disposition of the case was: N/A, I was just arrested and sent to the jail.
4. Petitioner has satisfied all terms and conditions imposed by the Court, including
payment of fines, completion of probation, or other requirements, if applicable.
5. Petitioner is eligible for expungement under ATM Fraud because:
ā This was a First Offense, I am already looking for different options in
government before I can get rid of that one charge.
6. Petitioner has not been convicted of any disqualifying offense and meets all statutory
requirements.

7. Expungement is in the interest of justice and will allow Petitioner to move forward
without the burden of a criminal record.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that this Court enter an Order directing all
relevant agencies to expunge and seal all records related to this case.
