MOTION FOR ENLARGEMENT OF TIME
Defendant Zoned_JJ (“Defendant”), in his individual capacity, by and through the
undersigned counsel, pursuant to Rid. R. Civ. P. 6(b), respectfully moves the court to
enlarge the time to file a responsive pleading to the operative complaint up to and
including March 1, 2026, and states as follows in support:
1. This matter was filed on February 22, 2026. The defendant was summoned
on the same day. Accordingly, a responsive pleading is due on February 27, 2026.
2. The undersigned was retained today and has not yet had sufficient time to
review the record or prepare responses to pending pleadings.
3. This is the first request by the defendant for an enlargement of time.
4. A proposed order is attached.
