STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
On February 23rd, 2026, Assistant Attorney General ghostbleed submitted video
evidence through the Department of Justice tip line showing the Defendant opening fire inside
the courthouse at the County Hall in Palmer, Ridgeway. Attorney General Dariel_Powell (“Your
affiant”) has reviewed the video evidence (“Exhibit A”) and interviewed eye witnesses and I am
prepared to write this statement affirming that probable cause exists.
Your affiant reviewed Exhibit A and determined that the video shows the
Defendant intentionally aiming and firing a firearm at multiple individuals inside an occupied
courtroom. The Defendant discharged numerous rounds in close proximity to state officials,
court personnel, and members of the public. As a direct result of these gunshots, six people died.
The video and witness accounts establish that the Defendant did intentionally and knowingly
cause the death of individuals by aiming and firing directly at them. Discharging a firearm
multiple times in a confined space like the Palmer Courtroom constitutes an act clearly
dangerous to human life. Because of these facts, your affiant believes that there exists probable
cause that the Defendant committed six counts of Murder in the Second Degree under R.C.C. §
3.10.
Of the six individuals who were killed, your affiant observes that three of them were state
officials of the Department of Justice actively engaged in their official duties; those were tylzro,
ghostbleed, and CharlesLXV. Those state officials were representing the state in probable cause
hearings held by Judge Arthur_Chen. In Exhibit A, Judge Chen promptly pauses proceedings
and hides in the inmate lockup alongside a handful of other civilians while the three attorneys are
killed outside. By entering the Palmer Courthouse while a probable cause hearing was occurring,
the Defendant directly interfered with the process of justice and hindered state officials from
performing their official duties. Your affiant therefore believes that there is probable cause to
believe the Defendant committed three counts of Obstruction of Justice under R.C.C. § 2.07.
Lastly, the ending of Exhibit A shows a member of the public, countharebourg2, evading
gunfire from the Defendant. countharebourg2 is shot multiple times, though not killed before he
was able to seek refuge in the holding cell with Judge Chen and other members of the public.
The Defendant intentionally aimed and fired their weapon at countharebourg2 while they were
attempting to escape into the holding cell. Although the victim survived, they did so because
they were able to evade the crime, not because the Defendant abandoned the crime. Because of
this, there is probable cause to believe the Defendant attempted to kill another individual, in line
with R.C.C. § 3.08.
I swear that all statements made in this statement of probable cause are true and correct to the
best of my knowledge under the pains and penalties of perjury.
Affiant
