PETITION FOR EXPUNGE-
MENT
OF RECORD
COMES NOW the Petitioner, imnotRummy, pro se, and respectfully petitions this
Honorable Court to expunge the record pertaining to the charge of 7.17 Driving Without
Headlights when Required. In support of this Petition, the Petitioner states as follows:
1. Jurisdiction: This Court has jurisdiction over this matter, as the original citation
occurred within the jurisdiction of the Superior Court of Ridgeway.
2. The Charge: Petitioner was cited for 7.17 Driving Without Headlights when Required.
3. Case Resolution: Petitioner paid the citation in full and has successfully satisfied
the judgment regarding this matter.
4. Statutory Eligibility: Petitioner has successfully completed all statutory require-
ments for expungement under the laws and local rules governing the Superior Court
of Ridgeway.
5. Rehabilitation: Since the resolution of this matter, Petitioner has maintained good
moral character, has not been charged with any further offenses, and remains a law-
abiding member of the community.
6. Interest of Justice: The continued presence of this traffic record poses an undue
hardship on the Petitioner. Expungement of this record is consistent with the public
welfare and the interests of justice.

WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that this Court enter an Order:
• Granting this Petition for Expungement;
• Ordering the Clerk of the Court, and all relevant law enforcement agencies, to expunge,
seal, and/or remove all records relating to the aforementioned charge; and
• Granting such other and further relief as the Court deems just and proper.
