ORDER OF DELINQUENCY
Case No.: RSC-CV-2272
Pursuant to 1 R. Stat. § 3316, Plaintiff hereby petitions this Court for an order of
delinquency. Being duly sworn, Plaintiff hereby states and affirms as follows:
1. I am the Plaintiff in the above-captioned matter. I make this affidavit based on my
personal knowledge.
2. On September 16th, 2025, Judge Robin5D entered default against the defendant
after failing to appear or otherwise respond to the claim.
3. The defendant was ordered to pay me $8,000 within several days of the order.
4. To the present date, I have still not received any money from the defendant,
despite attempting to reach out. Therefore, there is an outstanding debt as a result
of a civil judgement.
5. Based on the facts of this case and the default order, I am authorized to collect the
debt.
