RIDGEWAY SUPERIOR COURT
Detachment_Result,
Plaintiff,
v.
mrwojtek2024,
Defendant.
MOTION FOR DEFAULT
JUDGEMENT
Case No.: RSC-CV-2272
INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff moves for the court to grant default judgement in favor of the Plaintiff.
ARGUMENT
The defendant has failed to respond to the Civil Complaint within 7 days of the
summons, which was issued on September 9th, 2025. Furthermore, the defendant
has failed to file any motions. Rid. R. Civ. P. 37 allows for the Plaintiff to motion
for default judgement when the Defendant has failed to plead or otherwise defend
themself.
CONCLUSION
Plaintiff therefore requests the court grant default judgement in favor of the
Plaintiff:
- Declaring Defendant liable for assault under 1 R. Stat. § 3103;
- Declaring Defendant liable for battery under 1 R. Stat. § 3102;
- Ordering Defendant to pay $22,500 in punitive damages, as requested in its
Civil Complaint, to be paid in a manner determined by the court; and
- Any such further relief the Court deems just and proper.
Dated: September 22nd, 2025
