CRIMINAL INFORMATION
COMES NOW, I Detachment_Result, on behalf of the State of Ridgeway hereby allege
and charge the Defendant Arontelopnde with the following offences:
COUNT ONE: 5 R.C.C. § 01 - UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A FIREARM
OFFENCE TYPE: MISDEMEANOR
ALLEDGED CONDUCT: On or about the 4th of July, 2025, within the State of Ridgeway,
Arontelopnde was found to be in possession of a Stetson M2-A rifle, obtained through an illegal
dealer during a search warrant.
COUNT TWO: 5 R.C.C. § 02 - UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF FIREARMS WITH INTENT
TO SELL
OFFENCE TYPE: FELONY
ALLEDGED CONDUCT: On or about the 4th of July, 2025, within the State of Ridgeway,
Arontelopnde was found to have unlawfully stockpiled 35 M2-A rifles, for which they are
unlawful to be possessed by the Defendant, during a search warrant.
