4. On July 11th, 2025, the State Bureau of Investigations was informed of the events that occured on
July 4th, 2025. On July 11th, 2025, an investigation began and Special Agent-in-Charge
ConstantlyVerbal was assigned to investigate.
5. Attached with the information of the events was Exhibit A. This exhibit is a film recorded by
ArthurSprings on July 4th, 2025. In this video, Trooper ArthurSprings of the State Police and other
Troopers are seen inside of the State Police garage with Defendant Arontelopnde in cuffs.
Throughout the video, ArthurSprings is seen executing the search warrant on the Defendant’s
vehicles. He is seen seizing thirty-one (31) Stetson M2-As from a gray Gridlock owned by the
Defendant. Later in the video, ArthurSprings searches another gray Gridlock owned by the
Defendant where another two (2) Stetson M2-As are found. Throughout the video, there are
numerous shootings and bombings outside of the State Police garage and inside of the station.
Near the end of the video, it is seen that the Defendant dies in custody of the Ridgeway State
Police and was never arrested for the items found in their vehicle.
6. Attached with the information of the events was Exhibit B. This exhibit is a document created by
ArthurSprings on July 4th, 2025. In this document, it shows the receipt of goods found during the
execution of the search warrant on Arontelopnde’s person and vehicles. This document accurately
describes the items found during the search on July 4th, 2025.
7. Exhibit C is a film that contains an interview between ArthurSprings and your affiant regarding the
July 4th, 2025 search warrant. In this interview, ArthurSprings stated that he was conducting a
search warrant on Arontelopnde. At the time of the search, the Defendant did possess a valid
Ridgeway Firearm License Identification (RFLID). ArthurSprings confirmed that he found a total of
thirty-five (35) Stetson M2-As, and one hundred (100) boxes of 5.56 ammunition. ArthurSprings
also stated that upon conclusion of the search, the Defendant was not arrested for the items found
in his possession because they were killed in custody. Furthermore, he confirmed that he wrote
Exhibit B and that it is a true and accurate document.
8. Based on this, your affiant finds sufficient probable cause that Arontelopnde committed thirty-five
(35) counts of 5 R.S.C § 01 Unlawful Possession of a Firearm for possessing thirty-five (35) Stetson
M2-As, which were sourced from an illegal dealer. Furthermore, your affiant finds sufficient
probable cause that Arontelopnde committed one (1) count of 5 R.S.C § 02 Unlawful Possession of
Firearms with Intent to Sell for being in possession of ten (10) or more firearms which are unlawful
for the Defendant to be in possession of.
