CRIMINAL INFORMATION
COMES NOW, I Detachment_Result, on behalf of the State of Ridgeway hereby allege
and charge the Defendant Xotlkz with the following offences:
COUNT ONE: FIRST DEGREE MURDER - 3 R.C.C. § 9
OFFENCE TYPE: FELONY
ALLEDGED CONDUCT: On or about the 30th of July, 2025, inside the Palmer County Hall,
Xotlkz did unlawfully, with malice aforethought, shoot and kill then Magistrate Judge
notsfeelings, a civil servant in the performance of their official duties. Xotlkz is alleged to have
murdered notsfeelings in retaliation for being sentenced for contempt of court by Judge Feelings.
Xotlkz allegedly killed notsfeelings with malice aforethought by forcibly disarming a police
officer, loading the gun, and using it against notsfeelings.
COUNT TWO: AGGRAVATED BATTERY CLASS II - 3 R.C.C. § 5(C)
OFFENCE TYPE: FELONY
ALLEDGED CONDUCT: On or about the 30th of July, 2025, inside the Palmer County Hall,
Xotlkz did unlawfully use a deadly weapon against notsfeelings and v1oletelo1v, both who were
public officials at the time, and against smashcans and SchmidtTCrapps, who were both police
officers at the time.
COUNT THREE: ATTEMPTED MURDER - 3 R.C.C. § 8
OFFENCE TYPE: FELONY
ALLEDGED CONDUCT: On or about the 30th of July, 2025, inside the Palmer County Hall,
Xotlkz did steal and discharge a Para 17 firearm at v1oletelo1v, smashcans, and SchmidtTCrapps,
which resulted in serious injuries before being subdued by police officers.
COUNT FOUR: GRAND THEFT - 4 R.C.C. § 4
OFFENCE TYPE: FELONY
ALLEDGED CONDUCT: On or about the 30th of July, 2025, inside the Palmer County Hall,
Xotlkz did successfully and unlawfully steal a Para 17 firearm from SchmidtTCrapps, a police

officer, by overriding the search consent GUI. A Para 17 firearm has a current street value of
$1,250.
COUNT FIVE: BRANDISHING - 5 R.C.C. § 4
OFFENCE TYPE: MISDEMEANOR
ALLEDGED CONDUCT: On or about the 30th of July, 2025, inside the Palmer County Hall,
Xotlkz did exhibit a loaded Para 17 firearm in the presence of others in a threatening manner, and
subsequently used said firearm in a quarrel.
COUNT SIX: UNLAWFUL DISCHARGE OF A FIREARM - 5 R.C.C. § 5
OFFENCE TYPE: MISDEMEANOR
ALLEDGED CONDUCT: On or about the 30th of July, 2025, inside the Palmer County Hall,
Xotlkz did unlawfully discharge a firearm multiple times without legal reason to do so.
COUNT SEVEN: OFFICIAL MISCONDUCT - 6 R.C.C. § 6
OFFENCE TYPE: FELONY
ALLEDGED CONDUCT: On or about the 30th of July, 2025, inside the Palmer County Hall,
Xotlkz, a uniformed Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office deputy, did unlawfully abuse their
authority to override the search consent of another police officer’s inventory, steal their firearm,
and use that firearm in a crime of violence. Xotlkz, having gone through training in
searches/overriding searches, therefore knew the act was unauthorised and unlawful.
