COMES NOW, I Detachment_Result on behalf of the State of Ridgeway hereby allege
and charge the Defendant S6HOTZ with the following offences:
COUNT ONE: SECOND DEGREE MURDER - 3 R.C.C. § 10
OFFENCE TYPE: FELONY
ALLEDGED CONDUCT: On or about the 2nd of August, 2025, in Sterling Heights, S6HOTZ
did intentionally cause serious bodily harm to REPOALLEGIANCE by repeatedly shooting at
their vehicle while REPOALLEGIANCE was operating it, thus, resulting in
REPOALLEGIANCE’s death. Therefore, S6HOTZ’s conduct was clearly dangerous to human
life and resulted in REPOALLEGIANCE’s death.
COUNT TWO: VANDALISM - 4 R.C.C. § 7
OFFENCE TYPE: MISDEMEANOR
ALLEDGED CONDUCT: On or about the 2nd of August, 2025, in Sterling Heights, S6HOTZ
did deliberately destroy REPOALLEGIANCE’s privately owned vehicle by repeatedly shooting
at it until it exploded, thereby violating 4 R.C.C. § 7.
