knowing that false statements on this form are punishable by law, state that the facts contained herein
are true. Your affiant has probable cause to believe that on 07/23/2025, at Alder Mountain in Ridgeway
County, State of Ridgeway, defendant Gunter011 committed one or more criminal offense(s):

3 R.S.C § 10 Second-Degree Murder
The act of intentionally or knowingly causing death of an individual; or of causing, with
intent, serious bodily injury and commits an act clearly dangerous to human life that
causes death of an individual; or of committing or attempts to commit a felony, other
than manslaughter, and in the course of and in furtherance of the commission or
attempt, or in immediate flight from the commission or attempt, he commits or
attempts to commit an act clearly dangerous to human life.

Your affiant, being duly sworn, depose and state that the facts supporting this belief are as follows:
1. My name is DeputyNix. I am a certified peace officer through the Law Enforcement Training Center,
graduating with Class Twelve. I am currently employed by the Ridgeway State Police as Special
Agent for the State Bureau of Investigations. I have been employed with the Ridgeway State Police
since January 18, 2024.
2. This statement is made in support of a criminal complaint against Gunter011 for violations of the
aforementioned statutes
3. On 07/23/2025, at approximately 2305 hours, JayTheGamersHa observed the defendant pull out
their Wesler shotgun to shoot JayTheGamersHa, successfully killing them on the brown bridge at
Alder Mountain.
4. Attached with the information of the events was Exhibit A. In the evidence provided, it shows all
participants, complainant JayTheGamersHa, and defendant Gunter011, on Alder Mountain,
specifically the brown bridge over the waterfall. Upon closer inspection you can see the defendant
and two (2) other individuals at the end of the bridge. In the evidence provided, the complainant is
seen running along the bridge with two (2) other individuals, while the defendant walks up to them.
The defendant is then seen walking up to the complainant, the complainant then begins to move

after a signal is given to stop moving, and the defendant is then seen shooting the complainant
with their Wesler shotgun point blank, killing them instantly.
5. Your affiant conducted an interview with JayTheGamersHa, the complainant, which is attached as
Exhibit B. During this interview, JayTheGamersHa stated that they had, in fact, recorded the
interaction with the defendant. The complainant further stated that they did not feel safe upon
entering the vehicle. The complainant explained that there were individuals in a red Civic limo
asking to play a “safe game,” which is commonly known as “Red Light, Green Light.” As seen in the
video, three (3) people were taken to Alder Mountain to participate in this “safe game.” The
complainant went on to say that they decided to continue moving after “Red Light” was called to
see what would happen, at which point they were ultimately shot and killed by the defendant, who
used a Wesler shotgun.
6. Upon attempting to reach out to the defendant for their statement, as shown in Exhibit C, I first
asked the defendant if they recognized and understood their rights after I had read them. The
defendant immediately began to ask a question, but I reminded them of their rights before
proceeding. The defendant then acknowledged their rights. I subsequently answered their
question regarding why I was contacting them. The defendant proceeded to remain silent and
requested legal counsel. The defendant later contacted their attorney and then responded, stating,
“I would like to remain silent." Nothing further to report.
7. Your affiant finds sufficient probable cause that Gunter011 committed one count of Second Degree
Murder because the defendant intentionally or knowingly caused death to the complainant. The
defendant intentionally picked up three residents to play a game with the intent on killing anyone
who failed to play their game properly. Upon the complainant failing the game, the Defendant
intentionally and knowingly grabbed their Wesler shotgun and shot the complainant dead.
