AFFIDAVIT IN SUPPORT OF
ORDER OF DELINQUENCY
Case No.: RSC-CV-7853
Pursuant to 1 R. Stat. § 3316, Plaintiff hereby petitions this Court for an order of
delinquency. Being duly sworn, Plaintiff hereby states and affirms as follows:
1. I am the Plaintiff in the above-captioned matter. I make this affidavit based on my
personal knowledge.
2. On July 22nd, 2025, I filed a Motion for Default Judgement and on July 25th,
2025, Magistrate Judge ArthurSprings ordered default1.
3. The defendant was ordered to pay me $5,000 within several days of the order.
4. To the present date, I have still not received any money from the defendant,
despite attempting to reach out. Therefore, there is an outstanding debt as a result
of a civil judgement.
5. Based on the facts of this case and the default order, I am authorized to collect the
debt.
6. See here for a copy of the civil judgement issued by the Superior Court.
I declare under the penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
