To the Honorable Court of Ridgeway,
I respectfully request an expungement of my record concerning the charges of attempting to rob an ATM
and possession of stolen government property. I recognize the seriousness of my past actions and the
danger they posed to my community, and I want to sincerely apologize for the poor decisions I made.
At the time, I acted recklessly and without regard for the law or the trust that citizens place in our
institutions. Looking back now, I deeply regret those choices. I have come to understand that crime not
only affects the victim but also undermines the safety and order of Ridgeway as a whole.
Since then, I have worked hard to change. I’ve been focusing on making better decisions, supporting my
community, and showing through my actions that I can be trusted again. I have gained legal employment
with the Ridgeway Credit Union and StudsPerSecond. This request is not about erasing my mistakes, but
about being given a second chance to move forward without the weight of my past preventing me from
building a better future.
I assure you that I have learned from my mistakes, and I am committed to living responsibly, respectfully,
and law-abiding from here on out.
