PROPOSED ORDER DECLARING
DELINQUENCY
This matter came before the Court on the Plaintiff’s Motion for an Order
Declaring Delinquency against Defendant. The Court, having reviewed the Complaint,
the Plaintiff’s Motion, and all relevant findings, and finding good cause, hereby makes
the following findings and orders:
FINDINGS OF FACT
1. This Court has jurisdiction over the parties and subject matter of this action.
2. The Court Default on July 25th, 2025 for $5,000.
3. Also on July 25th, 2025, the Court ordered that Defendant pay within one
week of the order.
4. The time for the Defendant to satisfy the order or otherwise appeal the
order has expired.
5. The Defendant, having failed to satisfy the order or otherwise appeal is
hereby declared delinquent pursuant to 1 R. Stat. § 3301.
CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
1. Defendant OL1IEVIA’s actions constitute violations of 1 R. Stat. § 3109 and 1 R.
Stat. § 3113.
2. The Defendant’s failure to satisfy the judgement makes them delinquent under 1
R. Stat. § 3301.
3. The Court has the authority to declare the Defendant as delinquent because the
Defendant has failed to pay a judgement within 7 days and has received a petition
by the Plaintiff.

Based on the foregoing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND
DECREED that:
1. The Defendant is declared delinquent.
2. Pursuant to 1 R. Stat. 3326(a), the Defendant is prohibited from:
a. Registering or owning a business;
b. Enrolling or being admitted to the Law Enforcement Training Center;
c. Attaining employment in any public entity;
d. Contracting or otherwise doing business with the government;
e. Participating in liquidation sales or auctions pursuant to part 3 of the same
subchapter;
f. Filing a civil litigation except for cases of equity against the government
which alleges grave constitutional violation;
g. Filing or petitioning for an expungement of a criminal record; and
h. Being admitted into the bar association of the State of Ridgeway.
SO ORDERED.
