INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff moves for the court to grant default judgement in favor of the Plaintiff,
pursuant to Rid. R. Civ. P. 37.
ARGUMENT
The Defendant has failed to respond to the Civil Complaint within 7 days of the
filing of the complaint. Therefore, Plaintiff argues that the Defendant has failed to
properly respond to the Civil Complaint, in accordance to Rule 37(a).
Furthermore, Plaintiff’s claim of Wrongful Death under 1. R. Stat. § 3109 is
in-deed a calculable amount, of no more than $5,000.
CONCLUSION
Plaintiff therefore requests the court grant default judgement in favor of the
Plaintiff for the monetary amount of $5,000, as requested in its Civil Complaint, to
be paid in a manner determined by the court.
