MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL
Comes now TacticalRummy, counsel for the above-named Petitioner, respectfully
seeking permission from the court to withdraw his appearance as counsel.
1. The Petitioner in this matter is a duly certified attorney-at-law within the State of
Ridgeway.
2. The Petitioner has been notified before filing of this motion of Counsel’s intent to
withdraw. There is no contest to withdrawal in this matter, and no retainer has
been paid as Counsel took this matter pro bono.
3. Representation in this matter is required to cease due to Counsel’s recent
confirmation as an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of Ridgeway; and
4. Therefore pursuant to Canon 4 of the Ridgeway Code of Judicial Conduct, the
undersigned counsel can no longer engage in the practice of law.
