Under Rid. R. Civ. P. rule 47(a), I, thr33six8, tentatively proceeding without counsel
hereby bring this motion for a temporary restraining order.
ACTS SOUGHT TO BE RESTRAINED
1. I wish the temporary restraining order apply to:
a. a search warrant that has been issued to me on July 29th, 2025 by Judge bommes,
which was after a hearing took place where Defendant spookdab, who was with
Defendant errcore, wished to search me and my vehicles.

MEMORANDUM FOR TEMPORARY
RESTRAINING ORDER

Under Rid. R. Civ. P. rule 47(a), I, thr33six8, tentatively proceeding without counsel
hereby bring this memorandum arguing for a temporary restraining order.
ARGUMENT
I. There is a risk of having the search warrant executed before defendants can be
heard in opposition.
As stated before in my complaint, my search warrant is still active, and everytime I am in
Ridgeway, municipal police officers, deputies, and state troopers are all encouraged and keen to
detain me, then pass me to the authorities who can execute such warrants (i.e., tactical teams). I
am literally marked to be detained in the eyes of the police. Were the search warrant executed, I
would risk losing my own property, and I would risk being imprisoned for incriminating
evidence thereof. That I and my vehicles will be searched due to the search warrant is immediate,
irreparable harm, which must be addressed by a temporary restraining order applying to the
search warrant.
II. The police have historically and recently been prone to executing search warrants as
achievements, increasing the likelihood of mine being executed.
The police, which include the Ridgeway County Sheriff's Office and the
Ridgeway State Police, have bragged about the value of items seized during the execution of a
search warrant. See here.† The police have gone into detail the exact numbers of items that were1
seized and their value, which leads to giant sums of money being posted on each release of a
search warrant's results. See Operation Clean Slate;† this RCSO press release; this other RCSO
press release; this bust of illegal items from LCPD (kofji2919201's State of Mayflower).†
The pride gotten from executing such warrants encourages the police to execute search
warrants not just for the items, but rather pride. I do not want to be the face of a search warrant
bust, yet the police, and therefore the defendants, are keen on doing so.
CONCLUSION
For the foregoing writing, my motion for temporary restraining order should be granted
by this court.
