Petition to expungement
I hereby file this petition to expunge my two misdemeanor traffic citations, which were given
on the 20th and 21st of July by two different PPD officers. After the issue of said citations, I
am fully aware that my actions violated the state’s vehicle code, and I felt extremely guilty
and sorry for my unlawful act. Since two citations have been given, I have not violated any
laws of the state. I am currently serving as a national guardsman with the Ridgeway National
Guard, as well as being an employee of various governmental agencies. I have great
standing within the state, and a lot of people know me as a peaceful and decent contributor
to the continued operations in different organizations like the StudsPerSecond or Ridgeway
Credit Union. Having these misdemeanor records has jeopardized my ability to obtain an
AFL, or the Advanced Firearms License. My duties within the National Guard and the
Ridgeway Park Service heavily rely on these advanced weaponries as I need them to
ensure the safety of the citizens of the state. I understand that my actions violated the laws
of this state and I felt extremely sorry for it. I sincerely request the judge who’s reading this
petition to give me a chance, to give me an opportunity for me to be able to safeguard the
members of this great state again.
