CRIMINAL INFORMATION
Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and
therein charge the defendant as follows;
COUNT ONE - 3 R.C.C. § 09 - FIRST DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
On or About the 29th of July in the Year of 2025 in the Ridgeway Department of Transportation
Impound in Palmer, Ridgeway County, the defendant knowingly and intentionally caused the death of
DOT Supervisor aspenfun. DOT Supervisor aspenfun was impounding a vehicle, that vehicle belonged
to the defendant. DOT aspenfun was on the Transportation Department team and was wearing a DOT
uniform while operating a DOT Flatbed Truck.
COUNT TWO - 5 R.C.C. § 01 - UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A FIREARM
OFFENSE TYPE - MISDEMEANOR
On or About the 29th of July in the Year of 2025 in the Ridgeway Department of Transportation
Impound in Palmer, Ridgeway County, the defendant was seen in possession of a firearm only accessible
from an unlawful dealer.
COUNT THREE - 5 R.C.C. § 05 - UNLAWFUL DISCHARGE OF A FIREARM
OFFENSE TYPE - MISDEMEANOR
On or About the 29th of July in the Year of 2025 in the Ridgeway Department of Transportation
Impound in Palmer, RIdgeway County, the defendant was seen discharging multiple rounds of bullets
from his firearms within Palmer City limits.
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
On 07/29/2025, at approximately 0106 hours, aspenfun observed the defendant crash their
vehicle (Black in color, Cavela) into a fence behind the RDOT Impound lot and shoot & kill him. The
defendant then appears in the video as they jump out of their vehicle, run and jump over to the
complainant while simultaneously pulling out their weapons (STETSON M2-A, MICRO and
ROCHESTER 90) and shooting at the complainant. The complainant is also seen in the video
hopping out of their department issued tow truck, and jumping over to the RDOT Impound facility
before being killed. The defendants are then seen attempting to fling the vehicle that was towed
on the tow truck. Upon contact with the complainant, as seen in Exhibit C, they state they were
driving to RDOT Impound lot when they heard a loud crash. The complainant then states they look
at where the sound came from of the vehicle crash and notice a Black Cavela with three (3) people
jump out and start shooting at them. Your affiant asks the complainant if they have knowledge if
the vehicle was owned by them, to which the complainant states, it was owned by the defendant
Lews_TT. The complainant then confirms that they were the owner/recorded of the evidence
provided to SBI when your affiant confirms by asking if such. Your affiant finds sufficient probable
cause that the defendant Lewns_TT committed one (1) count of First-Degree Murder because they
violently opened fire without due regard to life, and maliciously murdered a civil department
employee discharging their official duty, with the knowledge of the person being a civil department
employee. Your affiant finds sufficient probable cause that the defendant Lewns_TT committed
one (1) counts of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm because they were in possession of a weapon
and, or firearm, or ammunition that was sourced from an illegal dealer. The firearms in possession
were only able to be retrieved from an illegal dealer that's accessible via purchasing with in-game
funds. Your affiant finds sufficient probable cause that the defendant Lewns_TT committed one (1)
count of Unlawful Discharge of a Firearm because they unlawfully discharged their firearm within
city limits of Palmer, unlawfully and unjustifiably without due regard or self defense required at a
civil department employee carrying out their duties.
