Petition For Expungement of Records
Wievo12, proceeding by and through Attorney DJAMAF1, hereby humbly petitions this court
pursuant to 1 R. Stat. § 2315 - Class 1 Expungement, to expunge arrest records/citations, that
occurred on Jul. 08, 2025 at 14:32 for § 2.04 - Failure to Comply. Wievo12 has demonstrated
that he is in good standing with the community by not committing crimes for the past 14 days,
latest record being on Jul. 08, 2025 and it now being Aug. 1, 2025. He has also demonstrated
good standing by seeking a crime free life by being employed in the Ridgeway Credit Union and
currently being in the process of getting hired at SPS. He shows immense regrets for his actions
and wishes to put them in his past so as to continue on with his life in a crime free manner.
