CRIMINAL INFORMATION
Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and
therein charge the defendant as follows;
COUNT ONE - 3 R.C.C. § 10 - SECOND DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
On or about the 25th of July in the year 2025, in Sterling Heights, Ridgeway County, the defendant
intentionally and knowingly caused the death of the complainant AllyCorreti. The complainant was
walking towards Sterling Fitness where she approached the defendant and confronted her about a crime
and was shot to death by the defendant.
COUNT TWO - 5 R.C.C. § 03 - UNLAWFUL DISPLAY OF A FIREARM
OFFENSE TYPE - MISDEMEANOR
On or about the 25th of July in the year 2025, in Sterling Heights, Ridgeway County, the defendant
displayed a firearm in plain view of the complainant and another individual without the firearm being
holstered.
COUNT TWO - 5 R.C.C. § 04 - BRANDISHING
OFFENSE TYPE - MISDEMEANOR
On or about the 25th of July in the year 2025, in Sterling Heights, Ridgeway County, the defendant was
exhibiting a firearm in the presence of the complainant in an angry manner.
COUNT TWO - 5 R.C.C. § 05 - UNLAWFUL DISCHARGE OF A FIREARM
OFFENSE TYPE - MISDEMEANOR
On or about the 25th of July in the year 2025, in Sterling Heights, Ridgeway County, the defendant
unlawfully discharged her firearm within a residential area without legal reason
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
On 07/23/2025, at approximately unknown hours, AllyCoretti observed the Defendant get out of a Grey Panther and
approach her and proceeded to pull out a wesler and murder the them. On 07/26/2025, the Ridgeway State Police’s
State Bureau of Investigations was made aware of the actions of the Defendant. As a result, Assistant Special
Agent-in-Charge Reindownload was assigned to investigate the incident. Attached in the tipline was Exhibit A. This clip
was provided by the complainant, AllyCoretti which was taken on July 25th, 2025. The clip shows AllyCoretti running
towards the Sterling Fitness where a Grey Panther can be seen stopped in the road. When AllyCoretti had got up to the
Sterling Fitness, the defendant, JuliaRWilson, can be seen stepping out of the vehicle and approaching the complainant
with a wesler in her hands. JuliaRWilson can be seen asking the complainant, “YOU SEEN MEN?A”, “I GOT KILLED”.
AllyCoretti stated “not only are you a news reporter that fabricates stories, but you’re also a murderer?”. A few seconds
later, JuliaRWilson fires her weapon at AllyCoretti and murders her. After killing the complainant, JuliaRWilson is seen
getting into the passenger seat of the Grey Panther and telling the driver, “go to garage”. The vehicle then drives off and
the clip ends. Your affiant attempted to interview the complainant however they did not answer questions. Your affiant
conducted an interview with the defendant as seen in Exhibit B. JuliaRWilson stated that AllyCoretti had provoked her
by saying she was a murderer when she was a victim on multiple occasions. JuliaRWilson confirmed that she has had no
previous interactions with AllyCoretti. She confirmed that this incident had also taken place at the Sterling Fitness but
cannot recall what day. Based on this, your affiant finds sufficient probable cause that JuliaRWilson committed one
count of 3 R.S.C § 10 Second-Degree Murder for intentionally causing the death of AllyCoretti. Your affiant also finds
sufficient probable cause that JuliaRWilson committed one count of 5 R.S.C § 03 Unlawful Display of a Firearm for
displaying her firearm in plain view of another. Your affiant finds JuliaRWilson committed one count of 5 R.S.C § 04
Brandishing, by drawing her firearm while in the presence of another in a threatening manner. Your affiant also finds
JuliaRWilson committed one count of 5 R.S.C § 05 Unlawful Discharge of a Firearm for discharging her firearm within
Sterling City Limits without legal means to do so.
