To whom it may concern,
I am writing to formally request the full expungement of my criminal record in
the State of Ridgeway.
On July 17th, 2025 at 12:33 EEST I was arrested for § 2.11 - False
Personation/Impersonation by officer mp5sopmods. It all happened very quickly and
at first I did not understand that wearing the RNG military police issued uniform would
get me arrested, but after a while it became clear that it was all my fault. I have deeply
regretted doing so, because ever since I have become unable to start a career in
various fields of profession.
On July 22th, 2025 at 11:14 EEST I was arrested for § 2.09 - Evasion and § 7.22 -
Vehicular Assault by officer Peacedownload. At first I wanted to report a crime to the
authorities, one of which being the officer who later on arrested me. They seemed to
ignore me, so I wanted to bring their attention. As they kept ignoring me, I decided to
provoke them in a way, so I could report the illegal activities I encountered. I rammed
and desynced their vehicle so they could pull over. They tried to arrest me, but then I
tried to flee on foot. Eventually I was arrested, but now I understand it was again my
fault for breaking the law and endangering their security while enforcing the law. I
regret doing so, because I could have gotten them in trouble.
On July 22th, 2025 at 13:52 EEST I was arrested for § 2.09 - Evasion by officer
BattalionGavin. It all happened in Palmer when a friend of mine was getting arrested.
Seeing this I wanted to defend them, or at least get to know what's the reason for their
arrest. After getting told to leave I returned and asked once again. The officer then
started chasing me with a taser equipped, which, at first I might have misinterpreted. I
was then immobilized and apprehended. Now that I get to recall the situation and
write about it, I understand that it was my fault for failing to comply and not following
the orders given me by an officer of law enforcement.
On July 22th, 2025 at 14:17 EEST I was arrested for § 2.09 - Evasion and 2.11 - False
Personation/Impersonation by officer Azap634. It all happened within the Palmer city
limits at the mechanic. I was approached by the above-mentioned law enforcement
officer regarding my outfit - I was still wearing the RNG military police issued uniform.
He then told me to stand still as he was checking whether that's a crime, or not. As I
was told that I am about to get arrested once again, I don't remember why, but I fled, I
then headed for the RNG recruitment office where I was immobilized by the law
enforcement and shortly after apprehended. I am ashamed for what I did because I
had no reason to react like that, furthermore when my life was not put at risk. Ever
since I have realized my mistake and did my best to make up for it.
Since these incidents, I have made a concerted effort to lead a more
constructive and law-abiding life. Ever since then I earned residency and got a
position within the Ridgeway Credit Union as a security guard. I am committed
to continuing my professional development in whatever fields of profession
and pursuing future employment opportunities - ideally with a clean record that
reflects the progress I have made.
