AFFIDAVIT
I, the undersigned, do hereby depose and state, under the pains and penalties of perjury,
as follows:
1. I was present and aware of the incident which took place on or about July 22
2025, at the Sterling Ridgeway Credit Union.
2. On or about July 22 2025, I was brandishing a firearm in front of the Ridgeway
Credit Union garage. I was acting in an unsafe manner.
3. The colleagues of petitioner topfloorgeek69 requested assistance and stated in
front of me that they were in fear for their lives due to my presence.
4. In response, petitioner topfloorgeek69 defended his colleagues from a perceived
imminent threat.
5. I have no personal interest in the outcome of this case and am providing this
affidavit voluntarily.
6. I am willing to appear in court if asked by or required to by the court.
