To whom it may concern,
Plaintiff RichardLennox, represented by the undersigned counsel, hereby requests that the
Defendant in the matter of RSC-CV-2876 produce the following, pursuant to the Ridgeway
Rules of Civil Procedure:
- Requests for Production
- Requests for Admission
- Interrogatories
It is requested that these be answered and responded to fully, and under the penalty of perjury
within a reasonable amount of time.
Requests for Production
Andrew_DeRosa is asked to produce:
1. Any documents related to the incident
2. Any written or recorded communication between RichardLennox and Andrew_DeRosa
3. Any photographs, videos, or recordings related to the incident
4. Any witness statements obtained by Andrew_DeRosa or on behalf of Andrew_DeRosa
5. Any expert witness reports, or findings, intended to be presented during trial
6. Any public communication from Andrew_DeRosa that is relevant in this matter
7. Evidence of a firearms license
a. Evidence of purchasing a firearms license or at least owning one during the
incident
Requests for Admission
Andrew_DeRosa is asked to either admit or deny:
1. Andrew_DeRosa communicated with RichardLennox after the incident
2. Andrew_DeRosa was a passenger in the vehicle of AfricaFarmer
3. Andrew_DeRosa was in possession of a firearm
4. Andrew_DeRosa was in possession of a firearm unlawfully
5. Andrew_DeRosa discharged a firearm
6. Andrew_DeRosa shot RichardLennox at least once
7. Andrew_DeRosa was the first to shoot RichardLennox
8. Andrew_DeRosa was involved in the death of RichardLennox
9. Andrew_DeRosa is liable for the wrongful death of RichardLennox
10. Andrew_DeRosa communicated with RichardLennox after the incident
11. Andrew_DeRosa told RichardLennox, “you ani’t getting shit bud” in the
#general-chatroom channel in the State of Ridgeway Discord server.
Interrogatories
- “You” or “Your” refers to Andrew_DeRosa, and any agents, representatives, or persons
acting on their behalf
- “Identify” means to provide, where applicable, full name, address, contact information,
and relationship to the case.
- Responses shall be full and complete.
- Should an interrogatory be objected to, please state the reason.
Andrew_DeRosa is asked to respond to the following:
1. Identify the employer of Andrew_DeRosa
2. State the role of Andrew_DeRosa in their employment
3. Identify all persons who witnessed or have knowledge of the events described in the Civil
Complaint
4. Describe the events that occurred during the incident, including events leading up to and
after.
5. Identify any written or recorded communication between Andrew_DeRosa and
RichardLennox
6. Identify all persons you intend to call as a witness at trial and summarize their expected
testimony
7. Identify any photographs, recordings, or other physical evidence you intend to use in trial
8. Explain the reason(s) to believe that Andrew_DeRosa is not liable (or is) for the wrongful
death of RichardLennox
9. Explain the reason(s) Andrew_DeRosa shot at a uniformed police officer
10. Explain the reason(s) Andrew_DeRosa was carrying a firearm
11. Explain the reason(s) Andrew_DeRosa returned to the car after the shooting
