To whom it may concern,
I write to you in request of full expungement of my criminal record in the
State of Ridgeway.
On July 10th, 2025, I was issued a traffic citation by ConstantlyVerbal of the
Ridgeway State Police in violation of R.C.C. § 7.06 - Failure to yield to a traffic
control device. This incident occurred while I was coming off of the highway, and
approaching the gas station in Oakland. I deeply regret this, not only because I was
caught, but because it happened while I was on-team with RCU Corporate
Security. My actions do not reflect the values of my employer, and I am ashamed
that I represented such a poor quality of driving in a company vehicle.
On July 15th, 2025, I was arrested by spothu04 of the Palmer Police
Department in violation of R.C.C. § 5.08 - Unlawful Possession of
Government-Issued Equipment and R.C.C. § 4.09 - Evidence Theft. While at
Sterling Heights, I approached a pile of ammo in the middle of the road and
quickly collected it. I was arrested, and explained that it belonged to a dead police
officer. Without notice, I had accidentally collected a cartridge as well. I absolutely
did not intend on interfering with any evidence, nor picking up a cartridge.
Since these incidents, I have pursued a more civilized path, through
employment with RCU Corporate Security, Public Defenders Office, Ridgeway
County Sheriff's Office, and Nicklaus LLP law firm. I intend on pursuing future
employment, and ideally would like to do so with a clean record.
Thank you for your consideration,
