INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff moves for the court to grant default judgement in favor of the Plaintiff.
ARGUMENT
The defendant has failed to respond to the Civil Complaint within 7 days of a
summons being issued. Furthermore, the defendant has verbally refused to respond
to the Civil Complaint, having made no pleadings or motions. Rather instead,
defendant has wasted their time with verbal abuse towards Plaintiff, openly
in-front of the court. For example, Defendant has expressed that they will “not
wasting my time with responding with shit lol”.1
CONCLUSION
Plaintiff therefore requests the court grant default judgment pursuant to Rid. R.
Civ. P. 37 in favor of the Plaintiff for:
- The monetary amount of $5,000 in punitive damages;
- To be paid in a manner determined by the Court;
- Declaring the Defendant liable for Wrongful Death
- Any further relief as the Court deems just and proper;
