SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
THIS ACTION, Hitherwguys v. daboyjamboy, Case No. RSC-CV-7886, was brought in the Superior Court
for the State of Ridgeway by Hitherwguys, hereinafter called the “Plaintiff”, against daboyjamboy,
hereinafter called the “Defendant”. The Plaintiff brought this action to receive punitive damages as a
result of a Battery and Trover that had occurred against him and his property.
THIS AGREEMENT has been made and entered in the Superior Court for the State of Ridgeway, County
of Ridgeway on July 20th, 2025.
WHEREAS, the parties desire to settle and adjust all matters relating to this action, all payments that each
might be entitled to, and
WHEREAS, each party(s) is fully advised and informed of the extent of the alleged injuries;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements herein contained, all
parties hereby acknowledge and agree as follows:
(a) The Plaintiff agrees to the sum of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) plus reasonable court costs,
including but not limited to document filing fees and service fees, in full satisfaction of all claims filed
against the Defendant in Case No. RSC-CV-7886 in the Superior Court for the State of Ridgeway.

(b) The Defendant agrees to pay the amount of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) plus documented court
costs to the Plaintiff when the settlement agreement is finalized, signed, and submitted to the court. The
payment is due no later than August 10th, 2025, via a method agreed upon by both parties.
(c) If the Defendant fails to comply with any term of this Agreement, including failure to timely remit
payment, the Plaintiff may pursue civil action for breach of contract. Such breach shall be enforceable
under 1 R. STAT. 3107, and the Defendant shall be liable for the unpaid settlement amount plus court
costs, attorney’s fees, and any additional damages permitted by law.
(d) The Plaintiff agrees to dismiss the case with prejudice if the conditions from the defendant are
fulfilled.
