Hello, I’m JimmyMastronardi and I’m submitting a petition for expungement
because I’d like to do something in the community. One day I was issued a search
warrant after what I believe was sending a picture of a M2M that was still in my
inventory after leaving the game in which there was a war between Ridgeway and
Clark County. Pretty much my entire time in the game I was AFK and was a bit
confused as to why I had a search warrant and why my RFLID was revoked. I
previously purchased a M1 before my RFLID was revoked and had it in my car
trunk. I was eventually detained and brought to the RCSO HQ where they
conducted a search warrant on all my vehicles and found said M1. I forgot it was in
there and I was devastated to hear I was being arrested for this. According to the
Sheriff, “Wrong place, wrong time.” I was then arrested for possession of
government-issued equipment. I was a Senator at the time and I had been accepted
into RNG, and was probably going to pass an application into RCSO Corrections.
All of that opportunity was taken away from me that day and I was once again an
irrelevant member of the community. I don’t have much left in me to restart
everything I had already done, but I’d like to at least try. Another thing I’d like to
talk about on my record are my citations. Which are all paid so I’d like that to be
wiped off my record along with the felony. Thank you for reading and considering
