Plaintiffs comes now, before this Court, with a demand for damages in the amount of
$1,836, as follows:
(1) Seven hundred and thirty dollars in compensation of a Stetson M1-A Rifle;
(2) Thirty eight dollars each in compensation of two boxes of 5.56x45mm NATO
ammunition;
(3) One thousand dollars in compensation of the loss of human life; and
(4) Thirty dollars in compensation of damage to the Plaintiff’s vehicle.

AFFIDAVIT IN SUPPORT OF DEMAND FOR DAMAGES
I, the undersigned, do hereby depose and state, under the pains and penalties of perjury,
as follows:
1. On July 20th, 2025, I bought a Stetson M1-A rifle and four boxes of 5.56x45mm
NATO ammunition at the Sterling Gun Club. I stored two boxes in the trunk of my vehicle.
2. As I was exiting and driving off, I saw two suspicious cars driving nearby. One
slowed down to say “wait who[‘s] this,” referring to me and my vehicle.
3. Fearing that I was about to be attacked, I sped off in an attempt to find a peace
officer to assist me. One of the vehicles which I had not yet interacted with followed me.
4. At the mouth of Sterling Heights, that vehicle tried to cut me off and asked me
whether I had an illegal firearm on my person.
5. That vehicle continued to follow me, and eventually crashed into me when I was
obstructed by some other vehicles.
6. The driver of that vehicle, hauntzrevenge, exited his vehicle and got onto the hood
of my car. Upon getting on top of my vehicle, he drew a firearm and began to fire at me.
7. I exited my vehicle and was ultimately unsuccessful at defending himself. I died
as a result of the actions of hauntzrevenge.
8. I later repaired the vehicle and the damage cost fifty nine dollars to fix. Half of
the damage on the vehicle is attributable to the actions of hauntzrevenge.
