COMES NOW, I E_xagle on behalf of the State of Ridgeway hereby allege and charge
the Defendant shaunatha_n with the following offenses:
COUNT ONE: 3 R.C.C § 10 - SECOND-DEGREE-MURDER
OFFENCE TYPE: Felony
ALLEDGED CONDUCT: On or about the 11th of July, outside the Car Dealership located in
Sterling Heights, Ridgeway County the defendant shaunatha_n intentionally and knowingly
caused the death of the victim Santa_Security. The victim Santa_Security was walking up to the
defendant attempting to gain his attention and was shot to death by the defendant.
COUNT TWO: 3 R.C.C § 10 - SECOND-DEGREE-MURDER
OFFENCE TYPE: Felony
ALLEDGED CONDUCT: On or about the 11th of July, outside the Car Dealership located in
Sterling Heights, Ridgeway County, the defendant shaunatha_n intentionally and knowingly
caused the death of the victim Santa_Security. The victim Santa_Security was walking towards a
crowd posing no threat and was attempting to claim that his previous actions were a joke and was
shot to death by the defendant.
COUNT THREE: 5 R.C.C § 01 - UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A FIREARM
OFFENCE TYPE: Misdemeanour
ALLEDGED CONDUCT: On or about the 11th of July, outside the Car Dealership located in
Sterling Heights, Ridgeway County, the defendant was in clear possession of a Setson-Cardiac 5.
The Stetson-Cardiac 5 is a firearm that may only be obtained legally if you have an active
Automatic Firearms License. The defendant shaunatha_n at the time did not possess an
Automatic Firearms License.
