MOTION FOR ENLARGEMENT OF TIME
Defendant CarnageCulture, by and through the undersigned counsel,
pursuant to Rid. R. Civ. P. 6(b), respectfully moves the court to enlarge the time to
file a responsive pleading to the operative complaint and a response in opposition
to the motion for a temporary restraining order up to and including July 23, 2025,
and states as follows in support:
1. This matter was filed on July 14, 2025. The defendant was summoned
on July 15, 2025. Accordingly, a responsive pleading is due on July 21, 2025. The
motion for a temporary restraining order was filed on July 18, 2025. Accordingly, a
response to the motion is due on July 20, 2025.
2. The undersigned was retained today and has not yet had sufficient
time to review the record or prepare responses to pending pleadings.
3. The plaintiff opposes the enlargement.
4. This is the first request by the defendant for an enlargement of time.
