Plaintiffs jointly file this notice of dismissal based on (1) the ban of orangebear22, and
(2) the reduction in risk of deportation in accordance with the change in Governor. The dismissal
should be made without prejudice in accordance with Rid. R. Civ. P. 28(a)(1). The temporary
restraining order in this matter should be withdrawn in accordance with its dismissal.
