APPLICATION FOR TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER
Plaintiffs jointly appear before the Court pursuant to Rid. R. Civ. P. 47(a), applying for a
temporary restraining order to be issued preventing their deportation from the State of Ridgeway.
An affidavit, as required by the rules, is attached.

AFFIDAVIT
I, the undersigned, do hereby depose and state, under the pains and penalties of perjury,
as follows:
1. On July 14th, both AnakinT0ast and I were declared foreign terrorists by
Executive Order imposed by Governor vincefant.
2. Neither AnakinT0ast nor I received any notice, or an opportunity to contest this
declaration, fundamentally depriving us of due process.
3. Under the Alien & Foreign Actor Defense Act (“AFAD”), individuals deemed
terrorists are subject to removal of citizenship and deportation under order of the Governor.
4. Governor vincefant subsequently announced and declared that both AnakinT0ast
and I would be stripped of our citizenship and deported from the State of Ridgeway.
5. Both plaintiffs have a property interest in their citizenship and have not received
any adequate notice or due process in order to mount a defense.
6. The nature of the injury presented is irreparable because such an injury paves the
way for further injury to be made without adequate recourse under the laws.
