Plaintiff notsfeelings hereby brings this civil action in the State of Ridgeway and for their
complaint against mellanchoIy alleges as follows:
JURISDICTION AND VENUE
1. The Ridgway Superior Court is the court of competent jurisdiction over this
matter pursuant to Article V, Section IV of the Ridgeway State Constitution.
2. Venue is correct in Ridgeway County as the alleged actions occurred within the
City of Palmer.
PARTIES
3. Plaintiff is a citizen of the State of Ridgeway.
4. Defendant is a citizen of the State of Ridgeway.
STATEMENT OF FACTS
5. On July 18, 2025, Plaintiff was driving his vehicle southbound on Alderpoint
Road, travelling towards Palmer after leaving Sterling Heights.

6. While driving, Defendant overtook Plaintiff in their vehicle, in contravention of
the clearly painted yellow lines prohibiting passing.
7. As the parties approached the end of the Palmer Tunnels, Defendant drifted their
vehicle to block the road and caused Plaintiff to run into the Defendant’s vehicle, stopping the
Plaintiff’s vehicle. Plaintiff was forced to apply the brake on their vehicle harshly and suddenly.
8. Defendant then exited their vehicle and got onto the hood of the Plaintiff’s
vehicle. Once on top of the car, Defendant discharged a firearm at notsfeelings, striking him
multiple times and killing him.
9. At the time of his death, Plaintiff had in his possession—
(1) A Stetson M1A rifle;
(2) Three boxes of 5.56×45mm NATO Ammunition; and
(3) A can of Bloxy Cola given to Plaintiff as a gift.
FIRST CAUSE OF ACTION
1 R. Stat. § 3103—Assault
10. Plaintiff incorporates paragraphs 1 through 9 as if they were fully set forth herein.
11. Defendant intentionally and voluntarily applied the handbrake on their vehicle in
such a way that caused it to block the road while Plaintiff was travelling behind them.
12. Defendant’s actions caused apprehension of imminent harmful contact in the form
of a traffic collision.
SECOND CAUSE OF ACTION
1 R. Stat. § 3109—Wrongful Death
13. Plaintiff incorporates paragraphs 1 through 9 as if they were fully set forth herein.

14. Defendant caused the death of Plaintiff by shooting him, and did not have any
legal cause or justification for doing so.
PRAYER FOR RELIEF
Plaintiff respectfully prays for and requests that the Court issue the following relief:
15. Punitive damages in the maximum amount of $8,500;
16. Compensatory damages to replace the items lost as a result of Plaintiff’s death;
17. Injunctive relief preventing further harmful contact against the Plaintiff; and
18. All other relief that the Court deems just and proper.
