Consistent with 1 R. Stat. § 2324, the Department of Justice of the State of Ridgeway
(and, by extension, the Attorney General), has found that the July 9, 2025 arrest of CRIMMSEL
for R.C.C. § 2.04 Failure to Comply lacks probable cause and hereby petition this court for
expungement of the aforementioned record.
