PETITION TO EXPUNGE CITATIONS
The State of Ridgeway, proceeding by and through the Attorney General of Ridgeway,
hereby petitions this Court pursuant to 1 R. Stat. § 2324 to expunge the July 12, 2025, citations of
Honoripedia for (1) failure to comply; (2) failure to signal a lane change; and (3) driving without
headlights following a determination that the citations lack probable cause.
